Ridge Tile
The Ridge Tile is an accessory used for superior finishing, used in the convergence areas of the roofs.
It should be fixed with the use of own grout or adhesive mortar, with the part of the recess always facing the area of predominance of strong winds. We recommend the application of PerkusFita under the own grout or adhesive mortar, in order to complement the seal and ensure impermeability in this area of the roof.
It is important that the grout itself or adhesive mortar has contact with the base of the ridge and surface of the tile to obtain adhesion.
The overlapping of ridges is 5.00 cm. It is very important that in the rubbing the mortar is beveled inwards and protected by the ridge tile, which means that the mass should not be exposed to the weather.
To improve this finishing, we suggest applying RejunPerkus.
ATTENTION: if you choose to use the wedges in the finish of the ridges, the distance on the axis should be 5.00 cm (2.50 cm for each side).
